2 lbs crab meat, fresh or refrigerated
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
¹/² cup fresh dill, finely chopped
¹/² cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TBSP onion powder
1 lemon juiced
4 oz blue cheese crumbles
salt and pepper to taste
Place crab meat in glass storage container. Add chopped celery and next 6 ingredients. Gently mix salad until all ingredients are well incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled on fresh french bread or on a bed of salad greens. Enjoy!
